Spring Festival 2026

The Tourist Board of the Municipality of Omišalj announces the Spring Festival in Njivice and Omišalj, which will take place from April 17th to May 10th. This attractive spring event on the Island of Krk offers a rich and diverse program and is among the most interesting spring events in the Kvarner region, designed for both locals and tourists.

On April 25th at 10:00 AM, a guided walk titled “Rajska cesta nas spaja” (Paradise Path Walk) will take place, ideal for nature lovers and recreational walkers.

On the same day, a children’s program called “Ritam proljeća” (Spring Rhythm Workshop) will be held, combining play, music, and movement.

Throughout the Festival, visitors will be able to take part in numerous workshops for both children and adults. The music program will be enriched by a live performance by the band Blue Kanu, while a tasting of traditional dishes from the Island of Krk will further enhance the overall experience.

For lovers of active holidays and heritage interpretation, storytelling walks will be organized on May 2nd and May 10th in Omišalj.
