"Beyond the Map" Wins Two Awards at the Zagreb TourFilm Festival!

At the 14th International Zagreb TourFilm Festival, held at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb from October 15th to 18th, 2025, the promotional movie "Beyond the Map" by the Island of Krk Tourist Board won two prestigious awards.

The Zagreb TourFilm Festival is an international competition for tourism films traditionally held every October. The main organizers are Balduči Film and the Zagreb Tourist Board, with the patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, and the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Croatia.

The festival aims to promote and reward audiovisual projects that contribute to the development of tourism in various segments, including destination, cultural, sports, adventure, nautical, and traditional tourism.

In a competition featuring 82 films from 29 countries worldwide, the movie "Beyond the Map", which showcases the natural beauty of the Island of Krk through the theme of hiking trails, won:

1st place in the national competition for the Best Croatian Tourism Product

3rd place in the international category for Tourism Product – Outdoor

The movie "Beyond the Map" by the Island of Krk Tourist Board, produced by Level 52 studio, was created to promote the Island’s rich outdoor offerings. It recently also won the first award for a tourism film in the Outdoor category at the TEF Fest.
